Overview
Fixed an issue where GlobalProtect IPSec tunnels disconnected at half the inactivity logout timer value.
Impact
GP tunnel goes down every 30minutes
root_cause
Because of local time handling difference in MP and DP for a GP tunnel timeout feature, NGFW mistakenly disconnects GP tunnel.
workaround
To sync time for this, power off the fw then power up. NOT reboot.
