The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.0 - July 15, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.3. On the Panorama management server, dynamic content updates are not automatically pushed to VM-Series firewalls licensed using the Panorama Software Firewall License plugin when Automatically push content when software device registers to Panorama ( Panorama Templates Add Stack ) is enabled.
