The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.0 - July 15, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.2. On PA-3400 & PA-5400 series firewalls (minus the PA-5450), the CLI and SNMP MIB walk do not display the Model and Serial-number of the Fan tray and PSUs. ( PA-3400 Series firewalls and PA-5410, PA-5420, and PA-5430 firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where the CLI and SNMP MIB walk did not display the model and serial number of the fan tray and PSUs.
