The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - May 06, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9. Fixed an issue on the firewall where Agentless User-ID lost parent Security group information after the Security group name of the nested groups on Active Directory was changed.
