The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.3 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.3, 9.1.12. ( VM-Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where the firewall didn't attempt to connect to a log collector when the management IP address used DHCP.
