The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.4 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.4, 9.1.13. Fixed an intermittent issue where users did not have access to resources due to a HIP check failure that was caused by the HIP data not being synced between the management plane and the dataplane.
