The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.5 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.16, 10.1.5. Fixed an issue where the rem_addr field in Terminal Access Controller Access-Control System (TACACS+) authentication displayed the management or service route IP address of the firewall instead of the source IP address of the user.
