The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.6 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.14, 10.1.6. Fixed an issue on Panorama where a commit push to managed firewalls failed with sctp-init is invalid error even though SCTP settings were not configured in the corresponding template.
