Description

The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 9.1.8 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.8. Fixed an issue where the User-ID process CPU usage remained high when a large number of Terminal Server (TS) agents were configured but only a few were connected.
