The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.5 - July 29, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.5, 9.1.10. ( PA-7000 Series firewalls with LFCs only ) Fixed an issue where the logging rate for the LFC was not displayed in Panorama > Managed Devices > Health .
