The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.16 - January 09, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.5, 8.1.16. Fixed an issue on Panorama where the web interface took more time than expected to load changes when the virtual router was large or when there was a large configuration change request from the web interface.
