The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.14 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.2, 8.1.14. Fixed an issue where the passive firewall in an active/passive HA configuration deleted BGP-learned routes that were synchronized from the active firewall when the BGP configuration included the redistribution of the learned routes. Fixed an issue where the passive firewall in an active/passive high availability (HA) configuration deleted BGP-learned routes synchronized from the active firewall if the BGP configuration included the redistribution of the learned routes.
