The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.14 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.2, 8.1.14. ( PA-3200 Series firewalls only ) Fixed an intermittent issue where firewalls dropped packets, which caused issues such as traffic latency, slow file transfers, reduced throughput, internal path monitoring failures, and application failures.
