The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.9-h4 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.10, 8.1.9-h4. Fixed an issue where firewall logs incorrectly include the end-user IP address in GTP message logs when you configure PAA IE with IPv4 and IPv6 dual stack in the Create Session Response message.
