The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.9 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 8.1.9. Fixed an issue on Panorama M-Series and virtual appliances where you were unable to export threat pcaps generated from Prismaâ¢ Access and the firewall displayed the following error message: File not found .
