The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 9.1.10 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.10, 9.1.13. Fixed an issue where cloud queries failed, which generated system logs. The issue occurred because a hash was not found in the cloud.
