The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.5 - May 27, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.5. ( PA-7500 Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where data packets sent to threat inspection processing on the networking card caused the pan_task process to stop responding.
