Hello, we have updated from MongoDB 7.0 to MongoDB 8.0.13. Since then, we have had an extremely large log with the error message: “Drop-pending ident is still in use.” Since this error message is listed as an error, we cannot suppress it by adjusting the verbosity. This should be fixed in 8.0.16-rc1 with WT-15225. 8.0.16 will be released in the coming weeks. Can you upgrade to one of those versions and tell us if you still see the noisy messages?
Collections are automatically deleted in our project. The error appears to occur when these collections are deleted.
