The test secondary_read_killed_by_range.js needs to be updated to wait for the range deletion completion on all nodes. Right now, we're only waiting for the range deletion completion on the primary node with a majority write. Since the read operations are done on secondary nodes, we may start those operations before the range deletion has taken effect on that node.
