Please note, these advanced layer 3 features are currently not supported on IOS XE 17.18 for C9350: BGP, VRF, Rapid Per-VLAN STP (RPVST+), Routed Ports, Digital Optical Monitoring, Radius Caching, Intelligent Capture Scheduling , SmartPort, Encrypted Traffic Analytics (ETA), Detailed Traffic Analytics (on trunk ports, port channels, and uplink modules), UAC fall back, UAC allow list, and VLAN to SGT mapping. Certain fields in NetFlow exporters are not supported. Many of these features have been added to IOS XE 26.1.1, please refer to 26.1.1 documentation.
