On HPE Synergy Gen11 compute modules running any operating system, the HPE Agentless Management Service (AMS) is active at the OS level but does not communicate with integrated Lights-Out (iLO 6). As a result, the AMS status is displayed as “Not Available” in the iLO 6 web interface. This issue occurs because iLO 6 fails to allocate sufficient resources or properly process the data received from AMS.When this occurs, the following will be observed:AMS is running and healthy at the operating system level. The AMS status is displayed as “Not Available” in the iLO web interface.iLO 6 does not reflect host operating system health or AMS‑reported data.
Any HPE Synergy Gen11 compute module running any supported operating system with AMS installed, where HPE Integrated Lights‑Out 6 (iLO 6) firmware v1.74 fails to communicate with AMS.
When this occurs, reset iLO 6 to restore communication with AMS.This is targeted to be resolved in a future version of the iLO 6 firmware version. This advisory will be updated when additional information is available.
