Any HPE Gen11 or HPE Gen12 server with HPE MR408i-o Gen11, HPE MR408i-p Gen11, HPE MR416i-o Gen11, HPE MR416i-p, HPE MR216i-p Gen11, or HPE MR932i-p controller when updated to version 52.32.3-6333 (or later) monitored by HPE OneView with iLO 6 or iLO 7.
This occurs because there is no iLO support for Redfish URIs longer than 10 segments.Note: HPE MR 416i-o controller introduced support for StorageControllerMetrics in version its firmware version 52.32.3-6333.Sample URI: /redfish/v1/Systems/1/Storage/DE009000/Controllers/0/Ports/1/MetricsThis URI is 11 segments long.However, iLO 6 and 7 only have support for up to 10 segments.As a workaround, update the MR Storage Controller with firmware earlier than version 52.32.3-633.To download the HPE MR Storage Controller earlier than version 52.32.3-633, perform the following steps:Click the following link:Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support CenterEnter a product name (e.g., "MR416i-p" or "MR408i-o) in the text search field and wait for a list of Suggested Products to display.
