When applying an HPE OneView profile, on an HPE system with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 7 (iLO 7) firmware v1.18 (or earlier), the HPE Synergy 6310C 25/50Gb Ethernet Adapter CNA may not be properly configured and the ports remain misconfigured.When this occurs, the HPE OneView ciDebug logs for entries display the error ResourceNotReadyRetry associated with profile operations involving the CNA.
Any HPE system with iLO 7 firmware v1.18 (or earlier).
To avoid this issue, update to iLO 7 firmware v1.19 (or later).To download iLO 7 v1.19 (or later), perform the following steps:Click the following link:http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo7The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product.
