On HPE ProLiant M750 server blades running Windows 11 version 24H2, the iLO Remote Console display will not function when the server's display adapters are configured as follows:The Intel UHD Graphics P630 GPU display adapter driver is installed.The Embedded Video Controller and UHD Graphics P630 GPU display adapters are enabled.The iLO Remote Console will display the server's POST information during the boot, but after the operating system (OS) is loaded, iLO Remote Console will stall at the Hewlett Packard Enterprise logo, shown below:
Any HPE ProLiant M750 Server Blade on Windows 11 version 24H2 with the Intel UHD Graphics P630 GPU display adapter driver and the Microsoft Basic Display driver installed.
To display server video via the iLO Remote Console, perform these steps:Ensure the latest System ROM for ProLiant m750 Server Blade is installed, such as version 3.72 (01/09/2026) or later.Set the BIOS/UEFI to factory defaults if possible.Recommended but optional is a re-installation of Windows.Install theIntel UHD P630 Driver 31.0.101.2140 for the 7th-10th Gen Intel Core Processor Graphics.Install the G200eh3 driver version 9.15.1.268 (cp069678.exe) for the embedded video,instead of the defaultMicrosoft basic video driver. Download cp069678.exe fromMatrox G200eH3 Video Controller Driver for Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025.NOTE: These drivers must be installed in order, Intel driver first and then the G200eh3 driver.Reboot the server.
