Incorrect HPE MR932i-p storage controller port-to-box mapping is displayed in the iLO GUI for UBM backplanes. Port 2 is displayed as both Box 3 and Box 2, as shown in the example below.NOTE: This presentation does not reflect the actual port‑to‑box number mapping.Each UBM backplane location must be unique, showing duplicate port numbering in the current design. This issue affects the HPE MR932i-p x32 Lanes PCIe Gen5 SPDM Plug-in Storage Controller (P/N: P75697-B21) in Gen11 and Gen12 platforms.
There is no workaround. The issue affects only display information in the iLO GUI, and it is not a functionality issue.This issue will be fixed in a future HPE MR storage controller firmware release. This document will be updated when more information is available.
