In some instances, an HPE ProLiant DL3X5 Gen11 system may experience one of the following issues:During boot, a memory initialization error resulting in an Unsupported DIMM Configuration which will be displayed during boot and logged to the Integrated Management Log (IML).ORAt run-time under heavy load, an Uncorrectable Memory Error resulting in an Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception which will be logged to the IML.The following is an example of the error for unresponsiveness on DIMM initialization:"41: DIMM Initialization Error-processor 1 DIMMs 1. The identified memory channel could not be properly trained and has been mapped out. Major Code 0001088, Minor Code 00000002.""42: Unsupported DIMM configuration detected=Processor 1 violates DIMM Population rules. Action: consult the user guide for more information on supported configurations and population rules."The following is an example for Uncorrectable Memory Error and Uncorrectable Machine Check error for a system under heavy load:"Uncorrectable Machine check exception. Error was detected on Processor 2. Uncorrectable machine check exception extended registers. Reseat the processor. Replace the failed DIMM."

If this issue occurs, it is not necessary to replace hardware.
