After upgrading to HPE OneView 11.0/11.01, any attempt to perform a factory reset or restore from backup may fail on HPE Synergy Composers if certain NVMe drives are installed. After this, the HPE OneView User Interface will become inaccessible.

This issue will be corrected in a future release of HPE OneView for Synergy. This advisory will be updated when more information becomes available.As a workaround, after upgrading to HPE OneView 11.0/11.01and beforeperforming a factory reset or restore operation, executing the following actions will allow a factory reset or restore from backup to successfully complete:Single ComposerPerform a reboot after upgrading to OneView 11.0/11.01.Cluster ComposersRemove the standby Composer.Reboot the active Composer.Power back on the standby to allow it to rejoin the cluster.Note: If HPE OneView UI goes in-accessible post factory reset or restore from backup operations on 11.0/11.01. The only option is to reimage to 11.0/11.01 and then restore from backup.
