On an HPE Gen12 system running Linux, the Integrated Smart Update Tools (iSUT) communication with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 7 (iLO 7) is interrupted and the following message is displayed:Open could not dequeue a packet message seen on IRC of Gen 12 Server.The Integrated Remote Console (IRC) message is a Linux kernel message and may be displayed in the following:dmesgthe Linux journal (journalctl)/var/log/messagesVirtual Serial Port console (VSP)The message can be safely ignored as it does not affect the system or the OS.
Any HPE Gen12 system running Linux (within the CLI; however, this does not occur when using the GUI).
The error message does not impact any OS or system features and can be safely ignored. This issue will be fixed in a future release of iSUT. This advisory will be updated when more information becomes available.This issue can occur when HPE Agentless Management Solution (AMS)/iSUT App Account is not created. Refer to theiSUT User Guidefor troubleshooting of App account creation for the host application.
