IMPORTANT:Certificates on HPE Primera 600 Storage and HPE Alletra Storage 9000 arrays with the DSCC Root CA expiring on February 4, 2026, may not automatically renew and may need to take manual action to trigger this process.Customers that have an active contract entitlement, working Call Home connectivity with the certificate expiration date approaching shortly, can use the below CLI command to show the certificate for DSCC and can expect to see a CSR in addition to the regular certificates if they are less than 7 days from the expiration date:showcert -service dsccBelow is an example of the expected output:The renewal of the existing certs should happen in the background. The Certificate Signing Request (CSR) will be created on the array and sent to HPE for processing using the Call Home connectivity. Once the certificate processing is complete, the certificate will be downloaded by the array through the Call Home connection and installed automatically. After this is complete, the array will reconnect back to DSCC.NOTE: If the process does not complete within two (2) hours, do not make any further changes on the array on the DSCC certificates or toggle the DSCC connectivity in the UI. Initiate aninsploreand log a call with HPE Support and they will assist in completing this procedure.
