After an HPE NS204i device firmware update to version 1.2.14.1022 or later, during normal operation of HPE Gen11/Gen12 Servers, the following messages may display randomly on the HPE Integrated Management Log (IML) or HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) User Interface (UI):"01/12/202615:50:31: Slot=19 Storage - Drive at Port 1 Box 0 Bay 0 status changed to Failed01/12/202615:50:36: Slot=19 Storage - Drive at Port 1 Box 0 Bay 0 status changed to Ok"OR"01/12/202608:23:19: Slot=19 Storage - Drive at Port 1 Box 0 Bay 0 status changed to Failed01/12/202608:23:19: Slot=19 Storage - Drive at Port 1 Box 0 Bay 0 status changed to predictive failure01/12/202608:23:24: Slot=19 Storage - Drive at Port 1 Box 0 Bay 0 status changed to Ok"The drive failure and OK messages are transient and reported within 10 seconds of each other.iLO 7 User Interface ExampleWhen this issue occurs, similar drive state and health can be found on iLO 5/iLO 6.After the issue occurs, HPE iLO Insight Remote Support (IRS) will automatically open or log tickets/case with HPE. When OneView is configured on the system, OneView will manage any server alerts that are generated.Note: There is no functional impact for the device models (shown in the Scope section below).
