The "Enabling Drive Security" section of theHPE MR Storage Administrator User Guidestates the following:Pause for password at boot timeandEnforce strong password security– If you select thePause for password at boot time, you are prompted to provide the password each time you restart your server.However, once the instructions to select "Pause for password boot time," are followed, there is no prompt to request a password each time the server resets.

If "Pause for password at boot time" is selected, then each time the system resets, do the following:PressF9 > System Utilities > System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU)and locate the "Enter Boot Time Password" in theController Settingspage.Enter the password and clickApply Change. Any Self-Encrypted Drive (SED) that is listed under the controller can now be configured.
