HPE OneView may be unable to apply an inventory-based update bundle to Server Profile or Server Profile Template for HPE Gen10 Plus or Gen10 Plus v2 servers. When attempting to assign an "Update" Firmware Baseline to a Server Profile or Server Profile Template, the following error message will appear in HPE OneView:"The firmware baseline /rest/updates/xxxxxxxxxxxx is not supported with the specified server generation."
Any HPE OneView version 9.x or version 10.x that manage HPE Gen10 Plus or Gen10 Plus v2 servers.
This issue will be resolved in a future release of HPE OneView. This advisory will be updated when more information is available.Since HPE OneView versions cannot update HPE Gen10 Plus or Gen10 Plus v2 servers using "Update" firmware baselines, download the "Firmware Bundles" to an internal or external HPE OneView repository:
