On an HPE system running any version of Linux configured to use autofs, the Active Health Service Log (AHS) daemon will exit with a sigfpe when starting. Any HPE system running Active Health Service Log (AHS) Packaged in Agentless Management Service (AMSD) (iLO 5, iLO 6 and iLO 7) for Linux prior version 4.3.
Install amsd 4.3 (or later).To download the amsd version 4.3 (or later), perform the following steps:Click the following link:Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support CenterEnter a product name (e.g., "Agentless Management Service") in the text search field and wait for a list of Suggested Products to display. From the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" expandable filter menus on the left side of the page:Select the Software Type - (insert the specific filter here, e.g. "Firmware")Select the Software Sub Type - (insert the specific filter here, e.g. "Driver - System Management")For further filtering if needed - Select the specific Operating System from the Operating Environment.Locate and select the Agentless Management Service (iLO 5, iLO 6 and iLO 7) for Linux version 4.3 (or later).Note: To ensure that you have selected the latest version of the firmware/driver, click the Revision History tab to check if a new version of the firmware/driver is available.For more important information, review the Release Notes tab.Click theDownloadbutton.
