Description

Summary

When using HPE Integrated Light-Out 6 (iLO 6) utilities to configure iLO 6 using F9 to access the BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) Utility, an HPE ProLiant RL300 Gen11 or HPE ProLiant Compute DL384 Gen12 may stop responding requiring a reboot.

Scope

Any HPE ProLiant RL300 Gen11 or HPE ProLiant Compute DL384 Gen12.

Resolution

As a workaround, reboot to avoid the unresponsiveness when using the BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) Utility through iLO 6 using the front power button or iLO 6 utilities power options.
