On any HPE Synergy 480 Gen11 Compute Module running VMware ESXi 9.0 and using vSphere Lifecycle Management (vLCM), the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) Remote Console and the HTML5 Console virtual keyboard may stop responding after a host reboot is performed.When this issue occurs, the Host Server iLO web page, the Host Server SSH, vCenter and vSphere Services will be all accessible.
Any HPE Synergy 480 Gen11 Compute Module running VMware ESXi 9.0 and using HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) and vSphere Lifecycle Management (vLCM).
As a workaround, reboot the host to allow a proper functionality of the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) Remote Console and the HTML5 Console virtual keyboard.This advisory will be updated when additional solutions become available.
