When reviewing the Redfish system log on HPE ProLiant Compute XD685 or ProLiant Gen11 servers, the following message may be encountered:"TPM Quote Signature Validation has failed."This message can be safely ignored. It does not indicate a malfunction and has no impact on system functionality.The warning originates from a feature in HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) firmware version 1.71 (or Later), and is related to attestation. This attestation feature is not currently supported on the HPE ProLiant Compute XD685 or ProLiant Gen11 platforms.Similar messages may appear on other HPE ProLiant systems due to the same feature enablement.
Any HPE ProLiant Compute XD685 or ProLiant DL325 Gen11 servers, although this could potentially occur on other HPE ProLiant servers running iLO 6 firmware version 1.71 (or later).
HPE servers running iLO 6 firmware version 1.71 (or later) do not support this feature. However, no action is required. This is a benign message and does not affect system performance, security, or reliability. Continue to ignore this message. There is not a planned release to fix this issue. At this time there is no future support planned as this message is due to the attestation feature not being implemented.If further information becomes available, this advisory will be updated.
