After a liquid cooled server is automatically shut down due to a coolant leak being detected, the server will not allow a Power On if this leak still exists. In addition, HPE OneView will display an incorrect reason in the message for the server that is not powering on:This issue can be seen with an HPE OneView appliance that is managing a server with a Close-Loop Liquid Cooling (CLLC) heatsink and with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) firmware version 1.59 or later, or any iLO 7 firmware versions.
Any HPE server with an HPE OneView appliance that manages a liquid cooled server using Close-Loop Liquid Cooling (CLLC) heatsink, and with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) firmware version 1.59 or later, or any integrated Lights-Out 7 (iLO 7) firmware versions.
This message issue is resolved by updating toHPE OneView 10.20or later.
