On any HPE platform configured with any of the HPE Broadcom network adapters using an HPE 10GBase-T SFP+ Transceiver (813874-B21) listed in the Scope section below; the network adapter may not connect/link after performing a server reboot.The HPE 10GBase-T SFP+ Transceiver has two different part numbers, an HPE Part number "813874-B21" and a vendor part number "SP7051-HP" or "SP7053-HPE".
