On an HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen12, HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen12, or HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen12 server running System ROM version 1.20, when pressing F10 during Power-On Self-Test (POST) to launch HPE Intelligent Provisioning, or in RBSU -> Embedded Applications to launch Intelligent Provisioning, it will not launch.This will occur even if the Intelligent Provisioning firmware version is visible in the iLO web page Firmware Inventory.
This issue only occurs in the ProLiant ML350/DL360/DL380 U68/1.20_02_14_2025 System ROM release. It does not occur on any other platforms.
