Online MegaRAID Storage Administrator (MRSA) Software version 8.8.12.0 (or later) or the Software and Storage Command Line Interface (StorCLI) tools update version 7.2812.0 (or later) on the HPE ProLiant Gen10 or Gen10 Plus servers produces the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) and unexpectedly reboots if the server enables the HPE S100i Gen10 or the HPE SR100i Gen10 Plus Software RAID.IMPORTANT: Mixing SR and MR controllers within the same system is neither supported nor recommended. However, an exception exists for the HPE Smart Array E208e-p SR Gen10 Controller, which is supported when installed with MR Gen10 Plus or MR Gen11 controllers within Gen10, Gen10 Plus and Gen11 servers.
