When selecting the volume’s menu option, the HPE StoreEasy Management Console displays the following message:
Loading enclosures and usable physical drives
The HPE StoreEasy Management Console application will hang at this screen and never load the volume configuration.

This issue affects HPE StoreEasy 1000 Storage products with the following product SKUs:
S0E00A - HPE StoreEasy 1660 Storage with Microsoft Windows Server IoT 2019
R7G22B - HPE StoreEasy 1660 32TB SAS Storage with Microsoft Windows Server IoT 2019
R7G23B - HPE StoreEasy 1660 64TB SAS Storage with Microsoft Windows Server IoT 2019
R7G24B - HPE StoreEasy 1660 Storage with Microsoft Windows Server IoT 2019
Resolution
To fix this issue, do one of the following:
Upgrade to HPE StoreEasy Management Console version 1.7.0 using the following link:
HPE StoreEasy management console
Select the management console update from the Settings menu in the HPE StoreEasy Management Console to automatically update the software.
RECEIVE PROACTIVE UPDATES
