Removing server hardware from HPE OneView management may fail to remove the OneView management accounts, "_HPOneViewAdmin," or "_HPOneViewMonitor" from HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5). As a result, these accounts remain in iLO and can be seen in the iLO GUI after the server is removed from OneView. This issue can occur after removing a ProLiant server under server hardware, or physically removing a server from an HPE Synergy frame or HPE BladeSystem c7000 enclosure that may result in compute modules or server blades with these accounts remaining. These OneView accounts that failed to be removed can be seen by logging into the iLO web interface. After logging into the iLO web interface, selectAdministration, thenUser Administrationpage. Refer to the following examples in Figure 1 and 2.Figure 1- The admin account, _HPOneViewAdmin may be displayed from Administration -> User Administration/Local Users:ORFigure 2- The account, _HPOneViewMonitor may be displayed from Administration ->User Administration/Local Users:In addition, if the server hardware has been removed and an attempt is made to re-add it, the following error message may appear:
