HPE SimpliVity Gen10 systems running OmniStack software version 4.1.0 (or earlier) with VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 1 (or later) may experience unpredictable behavior.VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 1 introduces the vSphere Cluster Services (vCLS) feature, which will be supported by the OmniStack software in an upcoming release. Until the OmniStack software supports VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 1 (or later), as indicated in theHPE SimpliVity OmniStack Interoperability Guide, systems that are upgraded to VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 1 (or later) may allow users to perform SimpliVity-specific actions on vCLS VMs through the vCenter Web User Interface. When possible, delay upgrading HPE SimpliVity Gen10 systems to VMware vSphere Hypervisor 7.0 (ESXi) (or later) until theHPE SimpliVity OmniStack Interoperability Guideindicates support for VMware vCenter Server 7.0 U2b (or later).IMPORTANT: While the vCLS feature is introduced with VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 1, VMware vSphere Hypervisor 7.0 (ESXi) requires a critical patch only available in VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 2b and later.
