However, cpqHoMIBHealthStatusArray does not get updated during the HPE Agentless Management Service data collection interval. The following is an example of cpqHoMIBHealthStatusArray change SNMP Trap ID 11020 Traps:Event Details : (SNMP) Health Status Array Change occurred (11020) Trap with cpqFcaMibCondition status 00(NotAvailable)/Unknown 02-04-02-02-02-02-02-04-02-02-02-02-02-00-02-02-02-02-02-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00Event Details : (SNMP) Health Status Array Change occurred (11020) Trap with CpqFcaMibCondition status02(OK) 02-04-02-02-02-02-02-04-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
Any HPE ProLiant Gen9/Gen10 server configured with HPE Agentless Management Service for Windows x64 version 2.30.1.0 (or earlier) and unconnected ports on SN1600Q 32Gb Fibre Channel HBA or other FC/FCoE HBAs, after a server power up and log in/out of Microsoft Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 or Windows Server 2012 R2.
This behavior does not impact the functionality of the server, and the unexpected cpqHoMibHealthStatus Array change SNMP 11020 Traps can be safely ignored. To resolve this issue update AMS toAgentless Management Service for Windows x64 Version 2.30.2.0 (4 Nov 2020)RECEIVE PROACTIVE UPDATES: Receive support alerts (such as Customer Advisories), as well as updates on drivers, software, firmware, and customer replaceable components, proactively in your e-mail through HPE Subscriber's Choice.
