HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 controllers may not change the degraded fan or power supply status when connected to HPE D3610 or HPE D3710 on Enclosure Firmware Version 5.04.
If the enclosure experiences a fan module or power supply failure, and the failed component is replaced, the enclosure will clear the degraded Enclosure Health LED and clear the error code on the 7-segment display.
Host applications such as HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) or HPE Smart Storage Administrator (SSA) may continue to report the degraded error condition after the part was replaced.

HPE D3610 and D3710 Enclosures running Enclosure Firmware version 5.04.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in Smart Array SR Gen10 firmware 3.21.
Workaround
Refresh the application to clear the error condition.
