Moonshot cartridges are usually deployed in large volumes,using automated build processes. Any Windows 10 desktops running on ProLiant m710x or ProLiant m510 server cartridges using the Mellanox ConnectX3-Pro NIC. This issue is Windows 10 specific. It does not impact cartridges running Microsoft Windows 7, other Microsoft Server OS versions, Linux, or VMware ESXi.
Mellanox has fixed this in a driver.
