Description

The kernel 4.19 cannot concurrently reassemble IPv4 fragments for a source IP with more than 64 destination IP addresses. On FortiGate, kernel 4.19 does not work as expected when concurrently reassembling fragmented packets that have more than 64 destination IPv4 addresses.
