Symptoms

TMM cores while evaluating access policy.

Impact

Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.

Conditions

-- Secure Web Gateway is configured and in use. -- An access policy is being evaluated.

Workaround

Use an iRule similar to the following: when ACCESS_POLICY_COMPLETED { set res [ACCESS::session data get "session.policy.result"] if {[string compare $res "in_progress"] == 0} { log local0.notice "rejecting" reject } log local0.notice "result :$res" }

Fix Information

TMM no longer cores under these conditions.
