Guided Configuration is not upgraded automatically with each release; it must be manually upgraded between versions. It should be bundled into the release. Version 14.1.0.5 includes Guided Configuration 4.1.

Guided Configuration v4.1 is bundled into BIG-IP software v14.1.0.5. For versions earlier than 14.1.0.5 (e.g., 14.1.0.0), you had to upgrade Guided Configuration manually. That is no longer necessary.
