Configuration of AVR global settings is being overridden by high availability (HA) peers, and thus report incorrectly to BIG-IQ Data Collection Devices (DCDs).
Configuration of BIG-IP systems in HA configuration can override each other. This might result in the following behavior: -- A common symptom is the 'Stats Last Collection Date' shows up as Dec 31, 1969 or Jan 01, 1970, depending the timezone configuration of the device. -- The 'Stats Last Collection Date' shows up as '--'. -- The BIG-IP systems incorrectly identify themselves to BIG-IQ. -- The BIG-IP systems report to the wrong DCD. -- The BIG-IP systems report to DCD, even if they are not configured to report at all. -- The BIG-IP systems do not report at all, even if they are configured to report. Note: This bug is tightly related to BIG-IQ Bug ID 757423.
